Global clothing retailer UNIQLO announces the new FW23/24 UNIQLO U collection, designed by Artistic Director Christophe Lemaire and his research and development team in Paris. This collection, available from Thursday 28 September 2023, offers a naturally elegant and functional look, perfect for any occasion.
The designer describes the collection as a set of clothes that are like “good friends”, offering comfort and style without constricting or concealing. UNIQLO U interprets the concept of LifeWear with an optimal balance between functionality and comfort.
The collection features padded coats, wool sweaters, flannel and fleece for warmth and comfort. Soft, relaxed silhouettes with clean lines offer a genderless style, while a colour palette ranging from browns to rust, anthracite to grey, beige to off-white completes the foundation of the brand's essential style.
Women can enjoy tailored jersey jackets and trousers for a chic yet relaxed look. The striped lining peeping out from the rolled sleeves of the jackets adds a distinctive touch. A turtleneck T-shirt in brushed jersey with flowing, curved sleeves completes the elegant look.
While men can sport single-breasted coats and short-cut jackets, both padded, with relaxed silhouettes. These garments are also water-repellent, ideal for those early autumn days.
Accessories include the classic drawstring bag in a smaller size, a simple but practical backpack and a casual mini messenger bag, perfect to complete your look.
