Former French supermodel and designer De La Fressange was inspired by Deauville. This Normandy seaside resort, just two hours from the French capital, was the favorite destination of Paris's finest citizens. Coco Chanel herself opened her first boutique in 1913, confirming the city as a reference point for the world of fashion at the beginning of the twentieth century.

But for Ines, Deauville is first of all the place of childhood memories, holidays with her grandmother and her encounter with the world where she would have worked all her life. The memory of Deauville is populated by refined women who meet on the beach and on the promenade, giving life to an idea of elegance that the designer reinterprets now, in her collection for UNIQLO.

Day Trip garments are characterized by the use of linen, cotton and pointelle knitwear for sets to combine with scarves, belts and bags. Among the accessories, for the first time there are also anti-UV hats.

Among the Effortless garments, the denim jumpsuits with a soft and light line stand out for those looking for an elegant, simple and above all comfortable look. The line also includes linen and cotton shirts, always in the wake of a more relaxed silhouette.

Finally, the Marine line reinterprets a great classic of French fashion, the marine style. Navy shades characterize dresses and coats, together with the typical borders of 3D Knit items.

Between Parisian elegance and comfort, these pieces will make the difference in spring and summer looks. The collection is available from February 18th.
