Nike ACG launches a collection of sports clothing and footwear for the winter of which 85% is made up of 90% recycled materials. A further step towards the goal of the “Move to Zero” project of eliminating carbon emissions and the production of waste, in order to ensure a better future for the planet.

Nur Abbas, creative director of ACG, declared that sustainability was the first filter in the choice of materials for this collection, without compromising Nike style and identity.

With ACG, the brand proposes to appreciate the environment not only as a place for physical activity but as a reality to be protected, aware of moving within a fragile system.

Another purpose of Nike ACG is to be able to bring young people closer to outdoor activities, offering a wide range of products, especially for women, with garments that can be worn in any weather condition, without sacrificing style and innovation.

All the pieces take inspiration in the name and graphics from Smith Rock, a volcanic structure located in Oregon, a few hours drive from the Nike headquarters. The highlight is the “Nike ACG Mystery Ridge GORE-TEX” waterproof and windproof jacket, made up of three layers of 100% recycled polyester.

The “Nike ACG Rope De Dope” puffer and the “Nike ACG Polartec Wolf Tree” sweatshirt are also perfect for outdoor and sustainable activities.

The collection also features two technical shoes, the “Nike ACG Mountain Fly GORE-TEX” and a new colorway of “Nike ACG Air Nasu GORE-TEX”.

ACG HO20 Apparel Collection will be available starting November 12nd on the Nike App and nike.com. Also on November 12 will be released the “Nike ACG Mountain Fly GORE-TEX” on SNKRS and the new “Nike ACG Air Nasu GORE-TEX” on Nike App and nike.com
