For some years now New York was no longer so desirable for successful designers, who rather preferred to parade in Milan or in the much-desired Paris. This year, however, it seems that the Big Apple is regaining points. In fact there are many brands that have decided to get back into the game starting from NY, like Escada, or those who have decided to come back after years like Rodarte or Proenza Schouler. Several are also those who have chosen the US city as a springboard, among them the French Longchamp who will launch the first Ready To Wear collections. It promises to be a really interesting New York Fashion Week. Don't miss the event from 6th to 12nd September.
