New Balance celebrates the annual Grey Day collection

The brand presents, a limited edition of the 574 and 57/40 models in the brand's classic grey

By

We all know the brand that created comfortable sneakers, the shoe that can be worn on any occasion and anywhere. From a simple walk to sports training or in the most casual way for going to work.

That's why New Balance celebrates its heritage every year with the limited edition collection in grey tones, representing its history with the color so synonymous to the brand.

The collection will be presented on May 15th and will consist of the iconic 574 models, a unisex model (born in the 1980s) and the 57/40 for men.

Compared to current trends, which are based on huge logos present all over the place, the 574 sneaker will appear without the unmistakable “N” of the brand. Called 574 Un-N- Ding it will accompany the classic 574 and 57/40 models, all presented in total grey.

“Worn by anyone”, the slogan of the collection, is why the brand has decided to present this collection with a mix of their brand main athletic Ambassadors such as; Coco Gauff, Jamal Murray, Sadio Mané, Sydney McLaughin and Tiago Lemos.

"Grey Day is an important story of our heritage, which we can tell through our signature grey color and classic 574 silhouette. Our “Worn by Anyone” slogan is a nod to the past, present and future of this iconic model” says Pat Cassidy, Global Director, Consumer Marketing & Athlete Activation.

So what are you waiting for to own a pair of sneakers that have been making history for the last 75 years but in a limited edition?

The models will be available at New Balance stores and selected retailers while the 574 Un-N-Ding can be purchased exclusively through their website.
