Feathers, glitter and neon colors that dress a free, enterprising and contemporary woman. These are the elements that characterize Salvatore Vignola's SS22 Collezione del Cuore, presented during Milan Fashion Week and sponsored by CNMI.
The unmistakable reference to adolescence and the light and playful attitude of the garments are the result of the designer's research: in his Collezione del Cuore Salvatore Vignola manages to stop in time that propensity for play and desecration typical of the adolescent period, transforming it from a simple condition linked to time to a real state of mind.
The result is the vision of a playful and combative woman at the same time, deeply feminine and who never gives up.
The collection was presented by the fashion film “Go down to Milan, go up to Gratosoglio”, realized in collaboration with the creative studio The Jack Stupid and set designers Giulia Bruschi and Riccardo Mainetti. Through the short film Froy, an experimental clothing project founded by designer Arman Avetikyan in 2018, tells the hidden beauty on the edge of the big city, from which the SS22 garments take inspiration.
The aesthetic of the collection is reflected in the story of everyday life in the suburbs, characterized by pride and a sense of belonging.
