It is a podcast of seven episodes through which you can discover the life of this young woman and, in her small, reactionary girl, minute by minute. The idea.
Carla's podcast was born from the idea of her granddaughter, Sara Poma.
Sara defines herself as a person who "only looks at photos of dogs, cats, Dolly Parton and loves podcasts", in fact she created one: #carlaunaragazzadelnovecento.
She is the curator of Romantic Italia and is also Head of Content & Community for DOING.
Sara discovered long ago that notebook that for years has been a family heirloom. With her sister Francesca they read and reread it focusing on anecdotes, photos of the time and on the writing of her grandmother Carla.
One day Sara decides to share the simplicity and beauty of those memories with the rest of the world, thus creating a podcast that accompanies a 90s-style site where you can watch the very vintage-flavored photographs of the time.
But it does not end here!
Each episode, in addition to containing a piece of Carla's story, also presents contributions, insights, short exchanges of views with historians and behavioral psychologists, always different and very interesting.
Our Carla Bruni, through small daily confessions, continues the affirmation of the female figure between the search for a job, the family and the conquest of independence.
Why listen to Carla?
It will be a bit like hearing your grandparents telling important episodes of their lives, discovering vivid memories of what has been before us, and touching the habits, customs, everyday struggles, both personal and personal civilians.
As the adventures of this twentieth-century girl flowed through my huge bonnets, 90's style, I found myself reflecting on what is happening to us today.
With the entrance to Phase 3 and the uncertainties still all in the same place, my thoughts took breath listening to the spirit of a young girl who, in another historical period, sought herself and managed to grow.
A podcast. What an amazing idea!
At the beginning of the quarantine we had suggested some podcasts to listen to to improve the weekends at home, now with the intention of finding a new dimension in which to enhance a different reality and face the small daily challenges, the podcast that tells of Carla arrives ad hoc.
She could accompany you in the morning while you choose to go to the office by bike instead of tram, or in the queues at the supermarket (fortunately reduced), or while you wait for the soy cap with takeaway brioche.
Back in line!
Finally, the possibility of spending about twenty minutes at home in the company of new stories and new sources of inspiration should not be underestimated.
A podcast will not change the trend of our day, but this podcast could be your company during a new phase of life.
Happy listening!
